Drivkraften bag projektet er Lene Juhler (maler, medlem af BKf; se mere på www.lenejuhler.dk ), og går i sin enkelthed ud på, at hun laver en serie primært store malerier, hvor hun maler portrætter af hendes veninde Christine Jepsen. Lene stiller Christine forskellige opgaver og placerer hende i forskellige situationer, som Lene så laver sine billeder ud fra. Christine er i den forbindelse kroppen, der bliver det æstetiske omdrejningspunkt i projektet.

Min rolle vil blive at skabe de ord, sætninger, verbale historier som skal følge, integreres i, betitle billederne etc. Hvad der tiltrækker mig ved projektet, er at de forskellige elementer krop, billede og tekst vil blive kombineret, men med en ligestilling mellem elementerne, så de hver beholder deres egen værdi og autonomi.
Jeg har betinget mig absolut frihed til at skrive det, jeg finder rigtigt til billederne, og selv om Lene Juhler og jeg da taler om projektet er det kun overordnet. Vi prøver ikke på nogen måder at influere hinanden. Vi har ingen kontrol over hinanden. Hun maler de billeder, hun finder rigtigt, og jeg skriver det, jeg finder sandt om dem.
Jeg kender kun Christine perifert og vil derfor indgå som et tredje led. Jeg kan ikke beskrive Christine, som jeg kender hende, men kun ud fra det jeg ser på billederne. Derudover vil jeg ud fra en mere maskulin vinkel og som et ”hovedmenneske” komme med betragtninger, der måske vil være i modsætning til de oprindelige intentioner, men det er deri, at der kan opstå noget rigtig spændende.
Projektet er endnu uden titel (overskriften til dette er min egen og er ikke del af projektet.), og endnu er der ikke sat nogen datoer, hverken som deadline eller til en udstilling.
